The one star is for the food. The food tastes good (great even for gluten free options) but if you want stress free food ordering, or even stress free meal plans, you are out of luck with this company. All you get is stress, like another reviewer said, you have to order at least 2-3 hours in advance because they are ALWAYS late, and there is no communication either, you will end up trying to contact their WhatsApp (wait another 30 min for them to reply …for each sentence you write…yea they don’t stay on the line with you- they answer and you respond and then they ignore you for the next 30 min) and forget about Instagram and email (yea I tried all routes with this company). That kind of costumer service goes for everything they handle. Including shopping their products, ordering food, or contacting them about meal plans( which by the way they sometimes bring you the wrong food and then don’t respond back to you when you contact them). Yea, a very stress inducing company with good tasting food. The problems with costumer service don’t end here, but I don’t want to keep going…spent too much energy with this company as is and despite the good food, they are not worth it.
