Highly recommend this awesome gluten and nut free cafe! We enjoyed chatting with the owner and loved our fromage grille (grilled cheese), poulet parm (chicken parm), pastache sacoches (a crepe-like dessert with a perfect pistachio tasting cream filling), lolobrulee (ladyfinger with creme brûlée). The flour blend had no aftertaste and holds up very well to fillings. From watching our food be prepared to tasting it, it's clear he knows his stuff! Hope to return in the future!
