La Bolo à Lolo Sans Gluten

Just went there with my girlfriend and her mom, the owner is super sweet! Everything is gluten free, Gordie explained he's a fellow celiac and gives the place/food careful attention. The prices are really affordable, and the food is delicious and super accessible for people with dietary restrictions and allergies!

Great food and good vibes whether you’re celiac or not. Gordon is a great ambassador for Montreal if you are visiting. Plenty of prepared food as well as grocery items such as sauces and pastas if you want to prepare yourself.

Highly recommend this awesome gluten and nut free cafe! We enjoyed chatting with the owner and loved our fromage grille (grilled cheese), poulet parm (chicken parm), pastache sacoches (a crepe-like dessert with a perfect pistachio tasting cream filling), lolobrulee (ladyfinger with creme brûlée). The flour blend had no aftertaste and holds up very well to fillings. From watching our food be prepared to tasting it, it's clear he knows his stuff! Hope to return in the future!
