They opened in September 2024 from what they told me, it is both a butcher's shop and a restaurant and you can sit inside, they also told me that they do free home delivery for both raw butcher's meat and cooked stuff, they act as a restaurant only for lunch and dinner (they also make spaghetti all'assassina, first and second courses), they also have desserts and I saw a vast selection of wines, and they act as a butcher's shop all the rest of the day, I took a take-away sandwich with the bombettes for €6, I chose the ones stuffed with Philadelphia and caciocavallo, there was a vast selection of stuffed bombettes, all gluten-free therefore also suitable for celiacs or those intolerant to gluten, for takeaway to put inside the sandwich he told me that I could only choose 1 type as there were already 4 bombettes on each skewer, the bombettes were slightly burnt on the outside and I recommend checking them better during cooking, but they were good, sauces and vegetables could be added and pickles included in the price of the sandwich but he told me that the pickles were finished at that moment, there is also an open kitchen so you can see how they prepare them, the staff was friendly, you can see that they have recently opened and they still have to define some things and I recommend taking a closer look at the prices of the sandwiches and maybe putting a menu in front with fixed prices for the takeaway sandwiches, because when I asked them at the beginning they didn't know the cost and had to ask the owners (who were sitting nearby on a table) for more times for the various sandwiches, so this makes me think that they don't have fixed prices for take-away meat sandwiches, but usually the butcher shops that prepare them at the moment have them, however it is certainly worth trying and I recommend it, it certainly still has something to improve with the fact that they have only opened recently, it is nice that they have opened in this area where there are few places in the evening and there is a need to liven it up, I recommend trying it at least once to get an idea
