We ordered 3 pizzas with black dough, that is to say a pizza dough made from wheat flour even from Italy, combined with coal flour, with the properties of "enveloping gluten in order to reduce its content, and thus ease digestion. I am celiac, I tasted these pizzas with this magical dough, and I had no side effects other than optimal digestive comfort.
