A treat! Sensitive to gluten, I was barely bothered because the dough is well worked and has a respected rising time. The flavors are top notch, it's a pleasure to eat pizzas of this level. Now I'm impatiently waiting to see the charcoal pizza, maybe I'll be able to abuse it more regularly 😉

Superb discovery: delicious pizzas with very generous toppings and a passionate pizza maker. We ordered 3 pizzas with black dough, that is to say a pizza dough made from wheat flour even from Italy, combined with coal flour, with the properties of "enveloping gluten in order to reduce its content, and thus ease digestion. I am celiac, I tasted these pizzas with this magical dough, and I had no side effects other than optimal digestive comfort.

I removed 1 star because of the young girl at the counter who took our order, very nonchalant and non-smiling.
