I visited the restaurant because I saw that they offered gluten-free options on the menu. When I asked if these dishes were suitable for people with celiac disease, they replied: "Yes, but not 100%... it depends on your degree of celiac disease." 🤌🏾 To help you a little in this aspect, I tell you that there are no degrees of celiac disease; You are or are not celiac. This means that even a minimal amount of gluten, due to cross contamination, can be harmful to the health of those of us who suffer from this condition. Therefore, if they cannot ensure that the dishes are completely free of cross contamination, it is best not to classify them as options for celiacs. I would love to return and be able to enjoy a good gluten-free meal in peace, I hope you can take that into account!
