Had an excellent lunch today. I've dined at this restaurant for lunch in the past and always needed more than an hour for lunch. Today lunch was served within 5 to 6 minutes of ordering so time was not an issue. I hadn't been to La Cocina since they've remodeled. The food was still very good, the green pork chili is highly recommended. They offer gluten free options including chips. The salsa cleared my sinuses out today in a good way. The price point for lunch was a bit high, especially for Mexican in Casper, but the quality made it worth it. Lastly, our server was excellent! Will eat there again soon.
