My family has been going to Gavarina for several years to eat both normal and gluten-free panigacci, both delicious whether dry or stewed. Only warning: for the recently gluten-free panigacci you need to book them.
Always very courteous staff, informal environment with a view of the fireplace where the panigacci and the chiodo (a sausage cooked between two "testi" for panigacci) are prepared
