I ordered a cream coca de San Juan at La Luciérnaga and it was a sure hit. It was delicious, with quality ingredients, and you could tell the care went into making it. Knowing it was vegan and gluten-free made me enjoy it even more, especially since I had to work that night: having the coca to share made the day more bearable and special. We ordered a pine nut coca for St. John's Day and were pleasantly surprised by its taste and texture, very well done. We'll definitely buy other products again. Celiacs are already accustomed to our products being very expensive and/or of low quality in terms of taste and texture, so we're grateful and hope they continue to work on this for a long time.
