Small pastry shop and rotisserie on the outskirts of the historic center of Casamassima. A must for celiacs! Among the best products available in the Puglia region, excellent desserts as well as focaccias, first courses, Easter doves, panettoni... in short, any food exists for those who have no problems here you will find it in a gluten-free and lactose-free version. Really friendly and well-trained staff, in particular Angelo, a boy by name and by name, attentive to satisfying all customer needs. I am celiac and I travel 45 km to go and get supplies from Madietta and my aunt who discovered this bakery/pastry shop with me and who lives a stone's throw away but has neither intolerance nor food allergies, often prefers to buy products from Madietta! Obviously AIC and has an agreement with the ASL. All great, keep it up!
