I was at the group/company dinner and it's unacceptable that the waiters or service staff don't know what gluten contains. If you're allergic, it's the same as intolerance.

I haven't eaten so well in a restaurant for a long time, everything was delicious and as a stellar detail that they had gluten-free bread, I encourage all restaurants to do it, it has made me very happy.
