A lovely discovery in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, a vegan restaurant with many gluten-free options, located fairly centrally yet away from the chaos of the city. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with a semi-transparent vegan symbol on the windows. The service is fast, courteous, and pleasant. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are truly innovative and unique. Spicy, fusion cuisine, with the chef's distinct signature, is something I recommend trying at least once. The "Avellana Remix" dessert is delicious, a perfect, frothy combination of Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Rocher. I recommend it to vegans who love trying new flavors! 👍🏻

I went to dinner with three friends, two of whom are vegan, and I'm celiac. We had a great time. The dishes were delicious, the presentation was excellent, and there were plenty of gluten-free options. We'll definitely be back!
