La Siciliana Restaurant & Pizzeria

We travel through Willits often and we've just come across La Siciliana. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is homey and cozy, and at the end of our meal the owner had a seat and chatted with us for a while. We had a lovely experience and are looking forward to coming back with our gluten free family.

Menu doesn't really list anything for vegans, but they did eventually put some effort into to making some vegan food for us. As with many places, they seemed to confuse "vegan" with "gluten-free" several times. In the end I wouldn't return here. The cheeseless pizza was pretty good actually, so focus on that if you are vegan. But the pasta came with a strange (very) watery garlic sauce that filled the bottom of the bowl... Almost like they forgot to strain the penne after boiling? Giving 3 stars because the cook was friendly and helpful.
