We were eating on Monday. It should be noted that they do not accept reservations and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All of its workers are informed and up-to-date on the topic of celiac disease and cross-contamination.
It is not the typical restaurant in the area. It has that innovative and modern touch of gastronomy
It is worth highlighting the presence of the restaurant owner. He goes to all the tables to write down the order and is in charge of adapting the dishes to people with intolerances.
We ordered everything from the menu to share: artichoke flowers (they melted in your mouth, not even a strand), eggplant tempura, potatoes with a slightly spicy sauce, ok vegetables and beef and entrecôte. Everything was great!!!
I have to say that for the desserts the owner wanted my celiac sister to try a new idea that she wanted to include in the menu. It was peaches marinated in vermouth and sweet local wine with whipped cream. Very good and with a fresh touch after eating, very appetizing!
SUPER RECOMMENDED. WE WILL REPEAT AGAIN
