First time eating here and it was amazing. I'm gluten free and I had a long list of items to order. I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza and it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had. I also got a Gluten Free Pasta with Vodka Sauce and it was amazing. The pasta didn't taste different than normal pasta just like the pizza tasted just like a normal pizza. The owner Maria was extremely nice and went out of her way to accommodate my gluten free family. This place was amazing and if I ever come back to New Palz I'd definitely come back.

Maria and her team are fantastic - amazing - wonderful. She is a consummate professional, easy to communicate with, and provides the most delicious, satisfying food and impeccable service. She helped pull together a custom dinner for 80+ starving rock climbers without skipping a beat. She predicted our hungry behavior better than I could!! Everyone raved about the food (pasta, salad, main dishes, gluten free pasta, cookies = delish!), and we can't wait to come back to New Paltz and work with her again in the future.
