Traditional place in Madrid, with the best stew, they serve it to you individually, and they are very attentive. Importantly, with the stew they give the Gluten-Free option. Other dishes like the lamb shoulder look great. It is very worth the experience

We loved the place. The food is excellent and the service unbeatable. We went with a celiac person and the attention was wonderful. They have cooked options with gluten-free noodles. Of course, you have to reserve well in advance. We will repeat without hesitation next year.
