La Boulangerie

This French bakery uses flour sourced from France. I have a gluten sensitivity due to the destruction of American flour but I can eat European flour products. I am thrilled to find a bakery that sources their flour from abroad, which makes sense bc the owner is French. . I frequently pop in for a pastry and grab a loaf of bread to take home. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing for just enjoying a cup of coffee and a pastry, but they also offer some games and books to linger with.

They do not in fact have gf croissants and in fact the staff member laughed at me when I asked. They have very few options that are gluten free and not very respectful of questions regarding cross contact of the eggs.
