They have gluten-free bread, they don't have a separate kitchen but they know about cross contamination

They do not have an allergen menu. I have been on previous occasions and everything was very good. But it seems quite bad to me that they do not have an allergen menu in the middle of 2024. Furthermore, you ask them if X product contains a certain food (gluten, soy, peanuts) and they say that they believe it does not. It's not believing, it's knowing. It is very dangerous not to know 100% because someone can easily die from it. I understand that it is not that they are bad people or bad professionals, but that they do not take into account that all types of people want to enjoy their food, whether they have intolerances, allergies or nothing. I hope you take it into account in the future.
