My friend invited me out for pizza Saturday and on the way to where we were going she told me about La Cantina at the Italian Club, so we decided to go there. I was very glad we did.
We got there at 7:45, booking ahead of time which is advisable. We were seated at a corner table overlooking the restaurant, and the place was busy. Despite this, our service was quick and friendly.
As for the food, LOVED it all. The shrimp was very tasty and also a great option for gluten free. The gnocchi paired well with the 9oz. Sangiovese, actually everything did.
Definitely going back again soon.
