The food is spectacular, and very easy to adapt for someone with gluten intolerance, as many things are corn-based instead of wheat.
We ate esquites with cheese, quesabirrias and some cuitlacoche quesadillas, all delicious.
The service was very good, and the atmosphere was very calm. We will return.
