Restaurant discovered through friends when coming to Le Mans for the weekend. Fine cuisine, with gluten-free products and also perfect control of allergens. In terms of value for money, it's very good, especially considering the presentation and taste of the dishes. There is also a special menu for vegetarians as a starter, main course and dessert.
