**Disclaimer- gluten intolerance and not medically diagnosed coeliac (yet)*** many of our friends in the hills have gone back to La'collina in place of "gourmet" pizza places and there is something really comforting about old school pizza houses. Also like the fact that they are independent and local. Their pizzas are consistently good and they have a really good GF base. And its large FYI. What really impressed me and hence why I'm leaving this review is recently I deviated from my old faithful pizza order to a new pizza topping. We got a phone call saying that there was gluten in the pizza topping. So that is a big GF tick of approval from me! If you are coeliac call ahead and the team will look after you.
