Very good gluten-friendly food and excellent service, especially considering that it's not easy to find gluten-free options in Santiago. Therefore, it seemed like an oasis in the middle of a desert of options. The place is great. Plus, it shares a food court with other businesses that offer gluten-free options, so the whole family can enjoy a pleasant outing. I loved it!!! The LOTR theme is a very nice and picturesque plus. Keep it up!!!

The service was so-so. It took them about an hour to deliver my order, not even the apologies (when it was originally only 20 minutes). The difference in ingredients was noticeable. My partner and I bought a sandwich, and mine looked like the avocado had just passed by 🤣, while my partner's was a decent portion. The mayonnaise was average, and I asked for vegan 🥴 You can taste the flavor!! Is the added value supposed to be that they make their own rolls or not? Well, I got a processed roll 🥲 The service, aside from the boring and cold wait, was zero kindness...a smile, a thank you, and a "come back soon" cost nothing! The gluten-free options we have are few and far between, but I wouldn't go back for a sandwich, and they didn't even offer me ketchup. Boring, boring, boring!!!

They have a gluten-free burger and a gluten-free burger, and that alone makes them the best place in Santiago. The chips are delicious, the pebre is insane, the service is 10/10, and the burger is a delicacy created by the gods for us gastrodivergents ♥ I'd go back every day if I could, haha. // I give it a 4/5 for the atmosphere only because it's an internal patio shared with other places, and I don't particularly like that.
