I was pleasantly surprised!
The galette was lovingly prepared and looked really appealing. In terms of taste it was an experience. Next time I would let you know that there would be a little less balsamic vinegar on it, that was too much for me personally. I'll let you know in advance with my next order. As a celiac patient I could tolerate the gluten free galette, there was obviously no contamination.
