The tapas principle in combination with the always all-you-can-eat service makes it a real assembly line mass production. Still, the service is friendly and the food very tasty, you get good value for your money. Be careful if you get stomach problems from pine nuts. If you have allergies you will receive an allergen card, but pine nuts have been determined as not being listed as allergens. A disadvantage of the assembly line work, at a normal restaurant we always discuss the allergens with the waiter who comes to our table. We know for next time: my wife crossed off the cod from the list of dishes she can eat at La Cubanita. All the other dishes she tried (gluten, nut and seed free) went well, so pine nuts are not used in many dishes.

In any case, it will not be the fault of the staff, because they run wild and do their best to make the guests happy. We arrived without a reservation with a group of 12 people, and room was immediately made available. We had someone with an allergy to both gluten and lactose and the staff did their best to arrange suitable and tasty dishes for him as well. We had to wait a long time for dishes, but it was very busy. The tapas is not very special, but the cocktails were delicious. The toilets are dark and not clean. You also have to climb two flights of stairs, so if you have difficulty walking, you might want to skip this tent. There is a cat that walks around all the terraces at night to see if anyone wants to share food with him and apparently he also sometimes sleeps in their tent.
