I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. I had made it clear from the beginning that I am celiac and specifically asked for a gluten-free meal. The staff assured me that there would be no problems and that they were equipped to handle dietary needs like mine. Unfortunately, a few hours after dinner I started to feel very ill, with symptoms clearly attributable to gluten contamination. It is clear that something went wrong in the preparation or management of my request, and this is unacceptable when it comes to health. An experience that I will not repeat and that unfortunately I cannot recommend to those who, like me, have specific dietary needs…
