I went to the Diperie in Edmundston, and the owner, a wonderful woman, opened a package of gluten-free chocolate dip just for me, knowing that I am celiac. It's been about 3 years since I've been able to enjoy a good dip ice cream because of cross contamination! She made my day! Just wow!
