Years ago, going to eat here as a celiac/ca, you trusted it because it was controlled by the association. Although I remember that because of the amount of people there used to be at mealtime, it made you doubt, since it looked like the Marx Brothers' cabin. But you trusted that the association's control would be effective. Today, it is an absolute roulette. It's still a Marx Brothers cabin, but in a big way. The waiters can't cope at meal time. Asking for something gluten-free is laughable. The waiters are not prepared, they do not know what cross contamination is, and if they do, they are not careful. They carry several dishes simultaneously, including the one that should not contain gluten. They touch all the dishes, the breads with gluten, etc... and their hands bring you the supposed gluten-free dish. All at amazing speed. That's outside the kitchen, I wonder how gluten-free people prepare in the kitchen...... Leaving there without gluten is like wanting to leave a beach without sand. And I just found out that they have been no longer controlled by the association for a long time and the truth is that it shows. I wonder what preparation they have in the kitchen and the waiters. My experience is totally negative. Of course, they no longer advertise themselves as a restaurant that serves gluten-free. It shows, why.....
