I love their Pizza, Papa Joe is representing Italian food art very well. I can say this is the highest quality crush, sauce and cheese. The flavors are balanced in every bite, you care taste all the aroma and freshness. I asked him to tell us what flour he uses and it’s a high gluten flour.
