La Ferrovia Italian Ristorante

My family stopped here on our way through the area. We decided to try this Italian restaurant based on its gluten-free options. We ordered a gluten-free pizza and the gluten-free halibut and pasta. The pizza was excellent, but the halibut was phenomenal! It was cooked to perfection! The staff was so friendly and extremely attentive. Sheldon was exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating to our gluten-free needs. I highly recommend eating here!

My husband and I decided to try this adorable little place on a whim after finding it when searching for nearby places to eat and we were so glad that we did! The staff was great, especially Sheldon (he was such a sweetheart!) and the food was wonderful! The first bite I took of the gluten free pasta with red sauce literally brought tears to my eyes! I wasn't expecting it, but I was instantly brought back to sitting at my grandma's dining table and eating the pasta that she always made using the recipe for sauce that my great grandma brought from Sicily when she moved to the US! It tasted unbelievably like what she always made! It was such a great experience and brought back such wonderful memories on top of them taking care with making sure I didn't get any gluten in my food!
