La Figata

This has been a staple go to restaurant for us for years. We come from Windsor Locks and eat here at least 2-3 times monthly. In warmer months, we enjoy the shady flower filled outdoor patio especially if our pup is with us. (The outdoor patio space is a hidden gem). Whenever we have friends who are visiting, we bring them here. There is something for every taste. Whether it’s their gluten free pizza, wide selection of happy hour bites and drinks (offered 3-6pm for all 7 days!), great wood fired pizzas, delicious entrees, the attentive and warm service, we leave full, happy and more than satisfied. On the rare occasion where an item didn’t turn out the way we had anticipated, it’s addressed in an efficient and caring way. Great food and staff.

I had an absolutely delicious meal of fork-tender short rib over mashed potatoes, with the best carrots I've ever had. We shared a perfect crème brûlée, baked in a shallow ramekin, ensuring each creamy spoonful included a bite of crispy topping. They were very accommodating to a member of our party who required gluten-free options. The service was attentive and the atmosphere relaxing. I'll be back!

We go to La Figata as a treat. I prefer not to go to a chain and to support a locally owned restaurant. We have always had a good experience. The food is excellent. We enjoy the Gluten Free options such as a the brick oven pizza or pasta options. Our favorites are the Carbonara, the Figata pizza, the Buffalo Pizza, crispy Brussels. Everything is great and the menu changes based on the seasons. The seasonal updates are fun
