On Sunday, November 9th, they held a lunch 🥗 along with a live flamenco show.
The main option was paella, and I contacted Esther to explain my dietary needs: I'm celiac and vegetarian.
She immediately replied that she would cook for me, taking all necessary precautions.
I felt understood and grateful, first for her kind and thoughtful gesture of preparing a special dish, and second, for the obvious inclusivity.
The show was excellent, and the staff, especially Esther, were incredibly attentive.
Both the food and drinks were plentiful and delicious.
The prices were reasonable.
The warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.
