La Flau Guadalajara

The place is nice, spacious and clean, there is parking and tables to eat there. I liked that you are not crowded with the tables next to you. They treated us very friendly even though there was half an hour left before closing. The flautas were crispy and good, especially the pumpkin and carrot one, but one star less because they hardly put any cream on them and I also would have liked them to put lettuce on top. What doesn't make sense to me is that they serve them in a glass if they are not drained or soaked in cream or sauce, it only makes eating them more complicated, although the presentation looks original. There is a variety of flavored waters, I like that they have natural and still options. It is also suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free. What I don't remember well is if there was a ramp, I don't think there was. In general I do recommend it, especially the carrot and pumpkin one. Yes I would return but I would ask for extra cream
