La Fogata Mexican Grill

Gigi was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable about the whole menu. She helped me order what was gluten free and knew what was safe and what wasn’t. She was so attentive to our party and made sure we had everything we needed. My group had a great time with her and the pretty manager was awesome as well.

Visited for the first time yesterday. My husband had a great experience here in the past & I was craving Mexican food + Wonderful service, waiter was super accommodating to allergens & very friendly and patient. We’ve never had someone care that much about making sure our food is safe. I believe his name was Casey, thanks Casey! + Food was delicious, especially the guac. I had enchiladas & my spouse had tacos. Both were excellent! + Food came out fast, including a refill on our waters & chips. + Atmosphere was nice, we were seated in the indoor patio and the wall of windows were nice to sit by. + Had a vegan and gluten free menu, which I haven’t seen much at other places. Nice to know they care enough to implement that.

Stopped here on a warm Sunday night with some friends, and enjoyed sitting on the patio to soak up the summer weather, it felt refrigerated inside. The menu had a tempting assortment of margaritas, but our server said a new item was white sangria, so we decided to share a liter of that. It was quite sweet and pretty strong, but delicious. We ordered fresh guacamole, which had a lot of onion in it, but was a nice accompaniment to the fresh crispy chips. My Mom loved her enchiladas, one friend had impressive looking fish tacos, and another had the Baja wrap, because it was unique for a Mexican restaurant. I’m gluten free and was excited to see enchiladas as an option, but they were barely warm by the time I got them, and corn tortillas at that temperature are kind of tough and hard to eat.
