The following was sent to ownership with no response, so now I’m having to leave a negative review. If you look at my profile, I don’t have many bad reviews. There was no way to get in touch with the company - I called and no answer. I couldn’t find a verified email anywhere on social media or their website. “I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews on Google as I know you guys rely on those ratings. I ordered 2 gluten free burgers… gluten free burgers my wife’s favorite meal as she cant handle gluten (obviously). Tonight I wanted to surprise her with a burger and it turns out your gluten free bun is like a deep fried potato cake? It’s cool and all but we try to stay healthy (carnivore-keto) and a seed oil fried potato cake wasn’t what I was expecting. I didn’t see that as the substitute “bun” on the menu. Added: Something was also off about the burgers and she didn’t want to eat those either. The lettuce was also brown-ish. I’m just.. really disappointed and $37 lighter Thanks, Joe

Wow!!!! How do I describe my Wednesday night visit to LaGana? Perfection. We were treated with such care and the food was phenomenal. I had the Bradford burger because they said the meat is cooked more on the rare side (as opposed to the Textbook which is the thinner, smash burger style—my boyfriend got that and it was super good too). The combination of the blue cheese, sauce and patty was sublime. 👌🏼 For dessert we had the chocolate cake which was perfection. The man who made the desserts happened to be there and he was so sweet—he even let us sample some gluten free chocolate cake that he was preparing. Apparently they feature an Omakase once a month with like several courses and music etc. I will definitely try to make one of those! All in all I thought it was such a unique, fine-dining yet casual, heart-warming meals I’ve had in a while.
