The bread is of more than mediocre quality. I have never eaten such tasteless bread...
What's more, a baguette for €2.50!
You definitely need to change flours...
I also tried gluten-free bread and I’m not even talking about it!
Too bad because the location is great in Valras.
Given the previous comments, I see that the baker is not very receptive and that is a shame.
You just sometimes have to accept areas for improvement to satisfy your customers.
