A group of us went to eat, among which was a person intolerant to gluten. We were served by a reluctant and unfriendly waiter, who seemed to care little about what we said. Among various other mistakes, he gave us a "gluten-free bread" that we were eating, and after a while another colleague appears with the real gluten-free bread, despite having asked him when they brought the first one. As a consequence the person ended up quite bad because of this. The reservation was for 3:30 p.m. but the food didn't arrive until almost 5 p.m. We usually go there a lot and the person who seems to be in charge usually serves very well, but now there are a lot of unwilling staff who make such serious mistakes that they can cost some people their health. After this disastrous experience we will not return again.
