Superb dining experience thank you for adapting the menu brilliantly regarding my gluten intolerance.
Small downside on the quenelle beef tartare. A little too salty and a little too spicy for my taste...

It's always a pleasure to discover good cuisine. Despite the full room and a group in the basement, there is calm from the servers, we do not remain tense, everything is well orchestrated.
