La Mesa Mexican Restaurant

Have enjoyed La Mesa for many years. Fajita Nachos was awesome & enough for 2 meals at least! I am gluten-free & my mother is low sodium. They serve many dishes using corn shells which resolves my issues, but would like to see more than a salad for low sodium options. A plain burger with no seasoning is what she usually can get, but we did not see this here, although the salad was filling for her, just no protein option.

The food was average the service was incredible, very friendly, and very understanding of someone’s gluten allergy and went to great lengths to make sure the food was to her health standards.
