The best gluten-free burgers in all of Madrid. I've tried a ton of burger places, and the gluten-free burger buns in every one felt like cork. Until I discovered Osa. The bun is delicious, so much so that it doesn't even seem gluten-free. Plus, the burgers are delicious. The portions are good, and the service is good and fast. It's a shame they have such a small space; despite that, it's my new favorite burger place in South Madrid.

Second time we go and it is still at the top of our places to eat hamburgers. The flavor of the meat is exceptional, and the gluten-free bread is one of the best I have ever tried, it makes all the difference.
