Restaurant Patachic

The location of the restaurant is splendid, right in Campo San Giacomo, in a very quiet area. We ate in the internal garden, which I recommend, more private, but still outdoors. Excellent food, possibility to choose various Gluten free dishes. We had pasta with squid ink and spaghetti with clams in a gluten free version. Everything excellent. Generous portions.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we are so glad we asked! First off, sadly I am Gluten Free and enjoying Italy is a challenge being GF. This restaurant was incredibly accommodating. Offered GF pasta and other options. I opted for the branzino (sea bass). The waiter de-boned it table side. It was light and fresh with vegetables, it was not heavy on oils, or seasonings, just fresh fish and could not have been more delicious. My husband (not GF) enjoyed the lamb chops just as much, tender and tasty. The waiter finished the meal off with a shot of lemoncello and it was a perfect ending to the meal. By far one of the best meals and service we had in Venice.
