We came to this place having looked for a gluten-free pizza. The place is run by Italians and although the place is very small it is welcoming as are the owners. However, the pizzas were not of good taste, neither the gluten-free nor the normal pizza. Regardless of the mass, we didn't even like the ingredients. We were very disappointed that it was run by Italians but in any case it may have been our only experience being late.

We had both a pizza and a Tuscan vegetable soup from this excellent place. The pizza was great, fresh and had a generous amount of fresh toppings. The soup was especially great and unique to come by in Odense. Made from scratch and with a lot of love, nothing but vegetables and beans, and an excellent alternative to the vegetarian and gluten-intolerant. The to gentlemen serving us was fun and playful. The place is small and cozy with a nice decoration. The possibility to bring your food to the excellent bar across the street (Den Smagløse Cafe) and get 25% off your first order is another plus. There can be no question that La Piazzetta deserves 5 stars.
