They can make pretty much any of their pasta dishes with GF spaghetti. The staff/chef were very attentive and seemed knowlegable about cross contamination. On top of that their Bolognese pasta was delicious.

Amazing food and service. They had gluten free pasta and were very happy to accommodate celiac requirements. Our waiter was lovely and the atmosphere was gorge. Flavour bombs everywhere. Would highly recommend the bolognese with a tiny bit of their chilli olive oil.
It was a pricey meal but tbh I thought it was worth it on our last night in Taipei.
