On Saturday evening, we went to the Mansi pizzeria for the first time and discovered that it makes very good pizzas both with and without gluten. The flavors of each pizza were perfectly balanced and the ingredients incredibly fresh, very light, or rather like a cloud I would say, the pan pizza with 48 hours of leavening.
Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. We felt welcomed.
The value for money was right.
The perfect ending after pizzas? A giant krapfen with pistachio cream!!!
