My husband and I went for dinner last night.
They sat us in the upstairs dining room, which by the way is very nice.
The waitress upstairs, an older lady with medium hair, was quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. I have celiac disease and I told her that I tried to call them without getting a response to make sure that they are careful with gluten in the kitchen and their response was that they don't answer the phone because people waste a lot of time and that if I wanted to see the allergens I could see them on the web. Saying that allergens are mandatory, marking them in restaurants, but having CROSS CONTAMINATION in a restaurant, there is and happens many times.
Okay, they don't have it here but just his answer left us both quite uncomfortable.
We weren't hungry and we ordered a charcuterie board and a steak to share and the quality, for us, leaves a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the waitress, who I ordered, told my husband “and what are you going to have?” and we said that it was nothing to share, well, you see, it made her feel bad but we were not very hungry, just enough for dinner and the food is not wasted in our case.
We would not return because of how unfriendly the waitress was and because we did not like the quality.
The very beautiful environment.
