Quick service and I was able to find a gluten-free, lactose-free, raw-free dish with the sound of vegetables that were not overcooked and spicy was perfect. The chicken is not essential to the dish...it could be vegetarian too.
And even a gluten-free, lactose-free and fruit-free dessert (I wait an hour for that). The chocolate mousse (chocolate and egg by definition) and the financier (almond) with the gourmet coffee was just perfect.
It's rare ! Bravo for this healthy meal effort.

Great discovery, clean and friendly place, too bad there aren't more gluten-free or lactose-free options for brunch, however I found the food very fresh and very good.
The positive point is the location, a 5-minute walk from Gare de Lyon, the best.
