Very good restaurant, bastion of traditional Piedmontese cuisine, family-run.
In every dish you can find the search for traditional recipes of our cuisine (to name a few: lonza Tonnata, Russian salad, homemade agnolotti, Piedmontese mixed fry, bagna cauda, bunet, zabaglione cake and many others), the passion and commitment of those who work every day to make good food.
Also very knowledgeable about vegetarian-vegan cuisine and about various intolerances/allergies (I saw that they prepare celiac bread on the spot).
It was an excellent lunch with friends.
