La Scarpetta

We were in this region for 4 days and had dinner here twice. It was sensational. Gluten-free works without any problems and is very safe. The staff is also very nice and accommodating.

The selection of different dishes is very good, there is also something for vegetarians and guests who follow a gluten-free diet. The food is very good. The desserts are also highly recommended. The star deduction is for the service, which often seems a bit overwhelmed with the many guests, which is probably because the restaurant is quite overcrowded in terms of the tables. Some of them are so close together that you could take something off the plate of the next table.

You can eat really well here. But... the waiters are constantly rushing around, which creates a certain hectic pace and it is very loud in the restaurant. You can't really have a conversation. So you shouldn't expect a relaxing evening, by candlelight, in an Italian restaurant. If that doesn't bother you, this is the right place. We'll definitely be back, especially since they also serve gluten-free pasta and pizza. The quality of the food is at a fresh, high level.
