We come twice a month. In the center but you can stay quiet. Excellent food, I recommend the trio of tartare. They also have gluten-free food.
L
5 stars - An absolute highlight for people with coeliac disease! We had dinner here twice during our stay and it was fantastic every time! The restaurant is in a nice quiet location but close to the "well known places". As someone with coeliac disease, it's not always easy to go out for a relaxed and carefree meal. But here you feel completely safe and welcome. The selection of gluten-free dishes is great and the execution is absolutely professional. The carbonara was a dream: creamy without cream, with flavoursome pecorino, perfectly roasted guanciale and freshly ground pepper. The pasta was just al dente and every forkful was a delight. So authentic and balanced - this is exactly what Rome tastes like! A culinary highlight of our stay. If you're looking for a real carbonara in Rome, this is the place for you. A clear recommendation! It's clear to us that this won't be our last visit! An absolute recommendation for everyone - with or without gluten intolerance!

I went to eat with some friends. Everything was very good. I am celiac and I took the gluten-free carbonara (the one without the bread underneath) and it was really excellent. We waited several minutes, but it was worth it. Excellent service. Recommended for celiac friends!
