Extremely disappointed! My wife made our Christmas Eve reservation weeks earlier. At the time she was assured of the staff’s “expertise” in preparing a variety of gluten-free options, including breads. We were seated on time, with only one other couple in the room initially. After ordering gluten free bread for the three members of our party with gluten allergy, our waiter returned and in very poor English said the chef would not prepare gluten free bread as it “was too busy”. He made absolutely no effort to assuage the situation. We should have left, but didn’t! We then proceeded to order 6 entrees, including 3 with gluten free pasta. All three of the gluten free pastas were so chewy, that none were edible. On top of that the marinara sauce on 4 of 6 dishes was so sweet to be terrible. Despite our waiter seeing full well that half of the entrees were not eaten, he made no effort to resolve the situation. Other wait staff pitched in from time to time and were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, our main waiter and the chef who prepared our meals were substandard at best and fully warrant the one-star rating I assigned. Given what we paid for such a poor dining experience, ownership/management should be ashamed!
