A real treat! Vegetarian offer on the menu (and vegan, gluten-free, on request). Only fresh produce, vegetables from their garden (!!), as much as possible locally for the rest. A superb wine list... despite the wait which can be very long between courses, it remains a place worth the detour. If we return to the area we will return without hesitation (with a little more patience in our pocket).

PERFECT and even EXCEPTIONAL. Rare kitchen work, fresh, well-crafted products. Each plate is a painting for the eyes and a taste adventure for the taste buds. The service is attentive, intelligent, caring, and (sorry for not having thought to ask your name!) generous with anecdotes about the products, the choice of cutlery, the talents of the kitchen team. Here we cooperate, with love of the profession, of the customers, of the products and their producers. Here we know how to cook tasty vegetarian dishes, which explode in the mouth! Here we know how to cook gluten-free if necessary. Here we know our local winegrowers inside out, each wine is selected for its typicity and its respect for the soil and natural wines. And also some gems from Sancerre and even the Côtes d’Auxerrois! Here, finally, we create our dishes like works of art that pay homage to nature and the terroir, without ever falling into the easy way. A huge congratulations to everyone and a special nod to young Gaetan: his vegetarian acras with olives should receive a prize..... and the cooking of his mackerel gave it the flavors of a Saint Pierre! That is to say ! I will never taste mackerel the same way again! Moment of magic, discovery, generosity. THANKS THANKS THANKS. And I only have one question: when will I apply for a star? ....
